Santa Cruz de Tenerife is the Capital of Tenerife and a town in the municipality of Santa Cruz de Tenerife is San Andres (St Andrews). San Andres lies on the slopes of the Anaga mountain range, overlooking the valley and beaches on the coast and it is only 10 kilometres away from Santa Cruz.
San Andres is a lovely town that is bursting with energy. The best time to see it is during the week of carnival.
