Las Americas weather
The island of Tenerife is part of the Canary Islands which are situated just off the north coast of Africa. This situation is why the Canary Islands have such wonderful weather through out the year. Las Americas is situated in the municipality of Arona. This area enjoys beautiful weather through out the year with the temperature ranging from around 20-25ºc and with these temperatures are joined with the sun!
As if that wasn’t enough; Los Americas has some of the most gorgeous beaches in Tenerife.

Playa Fañabe is one of the better-known, with golden sands and calm waters. The resort offers a variety of services for visitors. Playa Torviscas is right next door. Torviscas is a black-sand beach that is also well-visited. Playa de Las Vistas is one of the longest and best beaches on the island.
There are festivals at various times around the year and these are really a great time to see how the community really pulls together. The biggest party of them all happens every year in February. This is when the Carnaval time comes to town. This is a week long festival with non stop parties, dancing, food and drink. The festivities start in the morning and do not finish until the early hours of the following morning.
There could not possible be a better recipe for a holiday destination.
