Guimar is a municipality in the island of Tenerife , the largest of the Canary Islands off the coast of Africa. The town is located on the eastern edge of the island, bordering on the municipalities of La Orotava, Arafo, and Fasnia. It is also a suburb of the capital of Tenerife , Santa Cruz de Tenerife. This area of Tenerife has so much to offer you and so you should never find yourself bored. For starters there are the beautiful beaches that are available for you to walk around. The beaches in Guimar have fine sand and clear sea. There is space for everyone and many things that you can do whilst you are there. You are able to walk along the beach, play in the sea, participate in water sports and/ soak up those rays by sunbathing!
There also are many other things that you can do whilst you are staying in Guimar. There is the pyramids that you can go and see along with visiting the museum and let’s not forget the amazing shopping that can be done. The Canary Islands are for the most part, partly tax free.
